When a production AI voice provider is connected, manuscript text, character and voice metadata, and rendering settings may be sent to that provider to perform the requested narration, and the rendered audio is returned to your account. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. We disclose active providers through the product or related service information when practical.

Do not upload confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information in a manuscript unless you are authorized to do so and the configured provider is appropriate for that data.

Data Retention

We retain account, billing, credit, security, and support records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Uploaded manuscripts, rendering tasks, and rendered audio may be retained according to product settings and the connected provider's policy, so you can re-download chapter exports (chapter audio bundled as ZIP) during that period.
